We are Charlie and Kathy from Houston, TX, and we love to eat, cook, and bake. This blog will explore some of the great things to eat in and around the Houston area's restaurants, as well as things we've enjoyed while traveling. We will also post recipes from sites and publications that we love to recreate at home, including our own variations and homespun recipes.
We want to dedicate this to our beloved wiener dog, Orville, who recently entered the pearly gates of doggie Heaven. He was the ultimate food lover and treated every morsel we gave him, purposefully or accidentally, like a fat, juicy steak! We're sure that wherever he is now, cake and pizza abound... without the nuisance of tables :)
